For Pre-Primary Classes: Playway – Age 3 years and above
LKG: Age 4 years and above
UKG: Age 5 years and above
A small interactive session with a basic test of strokes and letter formation.
Admission will be strictly according to the age group of the child.
1. For Class I to V: Based on a written test and personal interview. Subjects-English, Hindi, Maths, EVS, GK
2. For Class VI Onwards: Based on a written test and personal interview. Subjects-English, Hindi, Maths, Science, GK
3. The list of the shortlisted candidates and the date of interview will be displayed on the notice board.
4. An incomplete form without the necessary documents/information will be rejected.
5. Those candidates who fail to respond on the scheduled date, shall forfeit their chance to get admission.
6. The decision of the school selection committee for admission shall be final.
Documents Required at the time of admission:-
1. Birth certificate in original with a photocopy
2. Two passport-size photographs of the child.
3. One family photograph (postcard-size) with both parents and the child seeking admission
4. Photocopy of the Aadhaar Card of the child.
5. Photocopy of the Aadhaar Card of the parents.
6. Annual Report Card of the last school attended (Class UKG onwards)
7. Original Transfer Certificate of the child (Class UKG onwards)
8. Permanent Education Number (PEN) of the child.
9. UDISE Code of the last school.
10. AAPAR ID if generated in the last school.
ONCE RECORDED IN THE SCHOOL SCHOLAR REGISTER , ANY CHANGES IN THE DATE OF BIRTH WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED
Fee Rules:-
1. School session is from April to March.
2. Fee are charged for the whole year.
3. Fee are to be deposited in school office through cash/cheque/account transfer / online payment.
4. Details of the school fee are given in the fee book. The fee book can be collected from the school office.
5. The amount deposited towards Registration and Admission for a particular year is neither refundable nor transferable to any other year.
